Award winning photographer Harry Benson CBE came to America with The Beatles in 1964 and never looked back. He is the only photographer to have photographed the last 12 U.S. Presidents — from President Dwight D. Eisenhower to President Donald J. Trump.

On April 24, 2017, Harry received the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award from The International Center of Photography in New York.

Harry has had 40 gallery/museum solo exhibitions and published sixteen books One man exhibitions include the Smithsonian’s National Portrait Gallery in Washington DC and in Edinburgh, Scotland; Kelvingrove Museum or Art, Glasgow; Tucson Museum of Art: Norton Museum of Art in Palm Beach.
In 2009 Harry was appointed a Commander of the Order of the British Empire by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II for service to photography. He has received 3 Honorary Doctorates of Letters, from St. Andrews University; Glasgow University; and Glasgow Caledonian University, an Honorary Fellow of London's Royal Photographic Society, he was twice named NPPA Magazine Photographer of the Year, inducted into the IPHF (International Photography Hall of Fame) in November 2017 and was honored with a 2005 LUCIE award.
Under contract to LIFE Magazine for 30 years, Harry has also photographed for Time, Vanity Fair, W, Newsweek, French Vogue, Quest, Paris Match, Forbes, Town & Country, Architectural Digest, People, and The London Sunday Times.
Harry marched with Dr. Martin Luther King, during the Civil Rights Movement; has photographed Sir Winston Churchill; President Charles de Gaulle; Michael Jackson; Jack Nicholson; Kate Moss; Amy Winehouse; Andy Warhol; and Francis Bacon to Queen Elizabeth II in Buckingham Palace.
Harry's wife, Gigi, works with him on his books and exhibitions. Their two daughters, Wendy and Tessa, live in Los Angeles with their families.
